I’m going roller skating tonight for Chelsey’s birthday. Will I fall? Will I get in a fight? What about those tough dudes that hang out at roller rinks? Will they “hassle” me? It’s adult skate, so at least I don’t have to deal with 13 year olds who smoke. I have not skated since I was in high school, and I was never any good. Chelsey can skate backwards. Good for her.

You are in trouble.
Maybe she will pity you and just let you play arcade games all night.
Everything went great. Mostly because is was an “Adult Night,” which opened the door for any freak roller skater in the city to come and skate to 80’s music. I fell once, because I was trying to skate fancy. Chelsey won the limbo contest (two passes to lasar tag), and I won the trivia contest (two movie passes). There was a 35 year old man who was not a strong skater but was by himself in a corner working on tricks. I wanted to ask him if he was in training for something, but he had these hand pads, and I was concerned he might attack me with them. I also beat my brother in that Fooseball/Hockey game they have that pits the US vs the USSR. The Red White and Blue won last night. USA! USA! USA! Eat lead, you dirty Reds!
Ha, Ha … you fell
i have my roller blades somewhere…let’s get kent on them. what’s the betting he’ll break something?
There’s pretty much a 75% chance that the Glass Bus will break down every time he steps on the field.
I haven’t skated for years. My natural padding would protect me if I fell though
my dad once fell and broke his wrist while playing dodge ball with me and my cousins when we were about 8 or so. and this from a man who was a star soccer player when he was in school and college.
