Happy Mardi Gras everyone, we wish you all could be there this time. Lame excuses such as “I’m retired” or “I’m broke” or “I have to work on Monday” will not be accepted next year.

Now that is the face of Mardi Gras. I can’t wait to see you, but I will miss all the rest of you. Guess I will not have to make Red Beans and Rice this year. Oh well…..Happy Mardi Gras!!!!
